Balatonfüred, Anna Grand Hotel

The construction industry is far more than just an economic sector: we live, work, and raise our children in the spaces it creates. What we build today will be used for decades—so it’s worth thinking it through carefully. The Infotér CONTECH 2026 Conference was created to bring the government, industry players, and the civil sector together around one table to jointly accelerate the renewal of the Hungarian construction industry. This year marks the third time we’re hosting the event—with the goal of making the sector truly more modern, competitive, and sustainable, not just in slogans.

We are creating the sector's annual meeting place

The event focuses on BIM, AI, and industry innovation—not in theory, but in practice. We want the entire construction industry to find its place here, whether you’re seeking professional knowledge or new connections. We’re bringing back the most successful elements from previous years—stand-up presentations, networking sessions, and competition opportunities—and adding a few new program items this year.

Why Should You Attend?

Practical knowledge, strategic guidance, and exclusive networking opportunities

Construction industry strategy and practical guides

You’ll hear firsthand about international best practices, trends in market self-regulation, and current issues regarding government involvement. You’ll receive concrete decision-making guidelines that can be applied on a daily basis—guidelines you can incorporate into your company’s operations as early as the next day.

BIM, Digitalization and AI in practise

We won't be giving a theoretical introduction to BIM, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions; instead, we will demonstrate how these are integrated into daily workflows through concrete projects, achieved results, and competitive operations.

A special focus on the industry’s most pressing issues

We will discuss the trends that are most shaping the sector. Topics to be covered include the rental housing program, zero-carbon initiatives, vocational training, the funding framework for the Otthon Start Program, and the latest market and legal opportunities for brownfield investments.

A meeting place for key players in the sector

CONTECH 2026 brings the entire construction industry ecosystem together around one table. The event is specifically aimed at business leaders and investors shaping the sector’s future; general contractors and project managers seeking practical digital solutions; engineers and BIM managers working with data-driven design; and government and market decision-makers setting strategic directions.

Networking where it really matters who you talk to

One of the events of the year where key market players gather in one place, around one table. After the professional program, the evening continues at the Anna Grand Hotel in Balatonfüred—it’s worth staying, as the most valuable business conversations and collaborations often emerge during these informal evening events.

Double the Value: Join us for the entire Infotér Conference!

The CONTECH professional program is just the beginning! It’s worth staying with us over the next few days to discover the diverse lineup of the entire Infotér Conference, where you can expect even more cross-industry collaboration, roundtable discussions, and valuable presentations.
