HOW CAN I GET A TICKET FOR THE CONFERENCE?
By purchasing a ticket: under the
Registration menu, you will find all the information needed to purchase a ticket for the event.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE TICKET?
Free participation is available for the following groups, subject to prior registration:
- Government officials and civil servants
- Heads (e.g. deans, rectors, vice-rectors, heads of departments, heads of institutes), lecturers, researchers, and academic staff of higher education institutions
- Heads of vocational training centres (directors general or directors of centres; principals of member institutions /schools/)
- Heads of public healthcare institutions (director general, director, head of clinical centre, medical director, head nurse, financial director)
- Heads of libraries, cultural centres, public cultural institutions, and museums (e.g. library directors, heads of cultural centres, museum directors)
During pre-registration, the official e-mail address of the represented organisation/institution must be used. A maximum of 10 people from the same organisation can register free of charge, accepted by the organiser in the order of registration. Additional participants from the same organisation may attend upon payment of the participation fee.
For all other ticket types, payment of the participation fee is required – including but not limited to business entities (Ltd., LLP, Plc., Corp.), sole proprietors, and NGOs. This payment obligation applies regardless of the ownership structure, including state-owned companies.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE?
The latest date to register is
8 October 2025. Please note that if the venue’s maximum capacity is reached before this date, registration will close earlier. We therefore recommend registering as soon as possible.
CAN MULTIPLE PEOPLE FROM OUR COMPANY/INSTITUTION ATTEND THE INFOTÉR CONFERENCE? IS GROUP REGISTRATION POSSIBLE?
Yes, anyone can purchase multiple tickets. In the case of group registration, only the person who initiates the registration will have access to the data of all registered participants; individual logins for each person are not provided.
DOES THE PARTICIPATION FEE INCLUDE CATERING?
Yes, the participation fee includes the following meals: coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on October 16, 2025, and coffee breaks and lunch on October 17, 2025. The catering portion of the ticket price will also be shown on the invoice.
WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY PARTICIPATION?
Yes. After registration, our system will issue a pro forma invoice. Once payment has been made based on the pro forma, an electronic advance invoice will be sent. After the event, a final electronic invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.
HOW CAN I REACH THE VENUE?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION?
Accommodation must be booked individually. We recommend checking the hotels listed under the
Venue menu.
Between these hotels and the main conference venue, the Anna Grand, we provide free shuttle services, and our Partner Hotels offer discounts for reservations made during the conference period.
IS ON-SITE REGISTRATION POSSIBLE?
On-site registration is possible; however, in this case participation is subject to a fee for all attendees, which must be paid at the time of registration on-site, and the conditions granting free admission through pre-registration will not apply.
CAN I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?
Yes, under the following conditions:
For cancellations received by
8 October 2025, we can refund 50% of the participation fee. After
8 October 2025, 100% of the participation fee is payable, and no refund is possible if the amount has already been paid. These conditions apply regardless of whether the payment has been made; in all cases, an invoice will be issued for unpaid amounts.
