HOW CAN I GET A TICKET FOR THE CONFERENCE?

You can purchase a ticket: The registration section contains the necessary information for purchasing a ticket for the event. If you are a government official, public servant, or civil servant, your participation is free, but registration is required.
The participation fee is payable by the following types of companies: Ltd., Plc., LP, Corp., Sole proprietorship (the fee obligation applies regardless of the maintaining institution, so it is also valid for state-owned enterprises).

UNTIL WHEN CAN I REGISTER?

Registration is possible until October 11, 2024, at the latest. Please note that registration will close once the venue's capacity is reached, regardless of the previously mentioned deadline, so we recommend registering as soon as possible!

SEVERAL PEOPLE FROM OUR COMPANY/INSTITUTION ARE ATTENDING THE CONTECH CONFERENCE. IS GROUP REGISTRATION POSSIBLE?

Yes, anyone can initiate the purchase of multiple tickets. In the case of group registration, only the person who initiates the registration has access to the data of all the individuals they registered; individual participants cannot access the data separately.

DOES THE PARTICIPATION FEE INCLUDE MEALS?

Yes, the participation fee includes full catering for the specified duration: coffee breaks, lunch, and on October 15, 2024, dinner as well. The meal inclusion is also indicated on the invoice.

WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR THE PARTICIPATION?

Yes, after the payment is made, an electronic invoice will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

HOW CAN I REACH THE EVENT VENUE?

You can find more information about how to reach the event venue and parking options under the Location section.

IS THERE AN OPTION TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION?

Participants of our conference can choose from several accommodation options during registration, based on availability and reserved spots.
Guests can choose the hotel they wish to stay in (depending on the availability of rooms) and whether they require single or double occupancy. Participants who choose double occupancy can designate a roommate or leave the assignment to the organizers. Some accommodations are reserved for speakers and invited guests.

CAN I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?

Yes, but only under the following conditions:
If you cancel your registration by October 4, 2024, we can refund 50% of the participation fee. After October 4, 2024, the full participation fee is payable for any cancellation. If payment has already been made, there is no option for a refund. The above conditions apply regardless of payment status; in all cases, an invoice will be issued for any unpaid amounts.
